Tell us what your roof needs.
Repairs, flashing, gutters, siding, ice dams or a second set of eyes. Fill this in and a third-generation roofer takes a look at what you are dealing with.
Got it. You're on the board.
Your request just landed with our crew. Mackenzie or Cat will call or text you to set up the next step.
Sooner works too: (506) 616-4607What happens after you send this
No mystery to it. Five steps, in this order.
1. The request reaches the team. It lands on the owner's desk with everything you typed attached, so you are not repeating yourself to a call centre. Nothing more is needed from you at that point.
2. An inspection gets scheduled. We come to the house and get up on the roof where it is safe to, because a problem you can see from the driveway is rarely the whole problem. You get the photos of what we find.
3. The roof gets measured. Measurements come off aerial imagery of your specific roof, so the numbers are settled before anyone climbs up, and the price is not built on a pace count or a square-foot average.
4. One fixed price comes in writing. One number for the work described, not a range that moves once the shingles come off. Most reroofs run 1 to 2 days, and the plan says so before anything starts.
5. Nothing is charged for the quote. No charge for the inspection, no charge for the measurement, no obligation once you read it. If the honest answer is that your roof has years left in it, that is the answer you get, and the photos and the price are yours to keep either way.
When to call instead of filling this in
Some things should not sit in a queue. Call (506) 616-4607 if water is coming into the house right now, if wind or hail just took shingles off, if a branch or a tree came down on the roof, or if an insurance adjuster is waiting on a contractor. A live call puts you through to someone who can move a crew. Everything else fits fine in the form above.
